You’ve reached the point where something needs to change.

That is why you are here

People come to us when life breaks open.

When tapping out stops working.

When the wall shows up and doesn’t move.

When everything falls apart at the same time.

At this point, something deeper has to change.

And it’s the point where our work begins.

The Path You’ll Walk

Our work helps you remember who you are beneath the patterns.

Together, we slow down the critical mind, reconnect you to what your body already knows, and help you build the inner foundation that makes connection feel safe again.

You've spent years holding everything together but inside, things still feel unsteady.

Here you’ll build your foundation by learning how to tell the truth through accessing your emotions.

You'll begin to see that safety isn't about control, it's about honesty.

When you can name what's real, you stop living in chaos and start creating peace.

Build a Personal Foundation

There comes a point where hiding doesn’t protect you anymore. Many of us learned to survive by hiding, by pretending we’re okay, by keeping secrets, by managing others’ reactions.

In this part of the journey, we learn how to trust again — first ourselves, then others.

You’ll practice being seen without shrinking or performing.

Integrity stops being a concept. It becomes a way of breathing.

Learn to Be in Your Integrity

When you stop living lies, even small ones, you start to feel what peace actually is.

This is where we support you in anchoring that peace into daily life: in your relationships, choices, and self-trust.

You’ll learn how to be with yourself without needing to disappear or prove your worth.

This is what it means to live whole.

Live in a State of Peace

Book a Session

This work is important because most people are living in survival without realizing it.

We adapt. We perform. We protect what once kept us safe, even when it keeps us small.

My FIP Path exists to interrupt that cycle — to teach the body that safety can come from truth, not control.

When the body trusts again, the mind quiets, and life begins to move differently.

Next Steps

In our first conversation, we’ll explore what’s brought you here — what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re ready to change. Together, we’ll look honestly at the structure of your life and the patterns that have kept it in place.

This work moves below the surface.

It’s about learning to identify and express emotion through your body, rather than trying to think your way to understanding.

As that happens, you’ll start to see how fear, protection, and old belief systems have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others.

Through this process, we explore four core aspects of the self:

The mask is the version of you that looks “fine.”

It’s how you’ve learned to survive — polished, capable, and composed on the outside, even when the inside feels unsettled. Over time, that survival strategy becomes its own kind of prison.

As we work together, you’ll begin to recognize when you’re performing safety instead of feeling it, and learn how to meet what’s real beneath the image.

The Mask

At the root of most reactions are emotional patterns that repeat.

The familiar themes of abandonment, control, rejection, or unworthiness.

These are not random. They’re the body’s way of pointing to what still needs attention.

As you learn to recognize these patterns, they stop defining your relationships and start revealing where healing is asking to happen.

Core Issues

Behind every mask is a protector.

The guard dog steps in the moment something feels too close or too real. It reacts — to protect, to defend, to control — often before you even realize it.

This work helps you see when that defense is running your life, and teaches you how to redirect that energy toward trust and truth instead of fear.

Guard Dog

Beneath every pattern is a belief.

“I’m not enough.”

“I have to do it alone.”

“I don’t matter.”

These become the silent rules that shape how you live.

When they’re brought into awareness and met with truth, they begin to lose power. From there, new choices become possible — grounded in reality, not reaction.

Meet Our Team

Before you step into this work, we want you to know who we are.

Each of us carries our own lived story, our own training, and our own way of holding people. Our bios reflect that. They’re different by design—because the strength of this work comes from the depth we each bring.

  • Hi, I'm Dr. Denny. I've been in recovery for 38 years. I've sat in circles, sweat lodges, emergency rooms, and quiet rooms where people finally stopped pretending. My work combines personal recovery, formal education, and years of seeking out non-conventional training — different paths that opened different doors. And I can't guide anyone where I haven't gone myself.

    I'm direct. Sometimes uncomfortably so.

I'm also the person who will sit with you in the hard places without flinching.

We get you out of your head and into your body. That's where the real work happens.

You've probably already done the analyzing. You understand your patterns, you know your story, you can explain exactly why you're stuck. And you're still stuck. That's because understanding doesn't heal. Feeling does.

When we work together, we bring attention to what your body has been carrying — the tension, the held breath, the places you've been bracing for years. As things surface, things move. Old loops release. You stop running the same scripts.

This is foundation work. We build from the inside — creating integrity between who you are and how you live, and making space for real internal peace.

You can't think your way to healing.

The body holds what the mind keeps trying to manage.

Pain loses its grip when you stop avoiding it.

Real change doesn't come from understanding your story — it comes from no longer being run by it.

I'm not interested in endless processing.

I'm interested in you finally feeling like yourself.

  • MICHELLE LYALL

Hi, I’m Michelle. My life has been shaped by deep inner work, honest reckoning, and the long journey of learning how to hear myself again. I grew up sensing everything, energy, emotion, the unspoken truths people carried. Over time, I learned how to translate those signals, first for survival, and eventually for healing.

My path has moved through personal transformation, motherhood, rebuilding, intuitive study, body-based healing, and decades of guiding others through their own inner landscapes.

I know what it takes to reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve forgotten, ignored, or protected for years. I know what it feels like to walk into your truth and what it costs not to.

This work isn’t a profession for me. It’s a calling shaped by lived experience and years of walking myself out of old patterns and home to who I really am.

When we work together, we step into honest territory.

We listen for the truth living underneath your story, the body signals, the inner child wounds, the patterns that shaped you before you could choose them.

We explore what your system has been holding:

the tightening, the silence, the old emotions living just beneath your breath.

We connect with the parts of you that were overlooked, dismissed, or left behind.

As this awareness rises, things shift.

You meet yourself with clarity instead of judgment.

Your choices align with your truth, not your conditioning.

Your life begins to feel like something you’re inhabiting instead of enduring.

    These sessions aren’t surface-level healing.

They’re an intimate return to your own inner authority — emotional, physical, and spiritual.

    What I Believe

Your body remembers everything it needs to heal.

Inner child work restores what was interrupted.

Healing happens when truth moves through the body, not when you think harder.

You already hold the strength you’re looking for — my role is to help you reach it.

Transformation is possible when you’re met with honesty, presence, and lived understanding.

My work is guiding you back home to yourself — with clarity, compassion, and the authority of someone who has walked this path in her own life.

  • SHERRI HART

Aloha, I’m Sherri. I’ve spent my life walking with people — kids, teens, families, and adults — from Oklahoma to Alaska to Hawaii. Forty years in classrooms, counseling rooms, and community spaces taught me how people grow, what steadies them, and what helps them come back to themselves.

When you’re with me, you’re held. We slow things down and pay attention to what your body is saying — your breath, your posture, the pauses you didn’t know you took. Those moments tell us what you’ve been carrying long before words do.

As your guard drops, your truth comes forward.

That’s when things start to shift.

We follow what’s real. You get clearer. You get steadier.

You begin making choices that align with who you are, and your life starts to feel like it fits again.

I believe your body remembers the way home long before your mind does.

I believe small moments of awareness create lasting change.

I believe people grow when they’re met with presence, curiosity, and space — not pressure.

I believe your resilience is already in you. My work is helping you feel it again.

What is the process?

The My FIP Path process is experiential, honest, and deeply human.

You’ll uncover the patterns that kept you in survival, understand where they began, and begin to build new foundations rooted in truth instead of protection.

Through guided individual work and immersive group experiences, you’ll:

  • Reconnect with your body’s wisdom and learn to read emotion as information, not threat.

  • Drop the mask of “having it together” and begin showing up as your real self.

  • Disarm old defenses that no longer serve you and create relationships built on honesty.

  • Identify the beliefs that quietly drive your behavior and rewrite them.

  • Integrate new tools for peace, presence, and connection that hold in everyday life.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you have always been.

  • The FIP Path is a practical, development-based approach to creating real change. We work with how your system was shaped, how you learned to survive, and what has stopped working. It’s a grounded method that helps you build a stronger foundation so you can move forward without repeating the same patterns.

  • It’s for people who have held themselves together for years, gotten through everything life handed them, and now feel the shift that something deeper has to change. Most people who find us are exhausted from coping, done with crisis cycles, or simply ready for a different way of living.

  • Therapy often focuses on assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Coaching focuses on goals. The FIP Path focuses on development, nervous system capacity, spiritual integrity, and practical change. We look at the whole system — where it broke, where it adapted, and what needs to be rebuilt. It’s not talk-based or motivational. It’s structural.

  • We get to the root quickly. We don’t circle the same stories for months. We work with the whole system — mind, body, breath, movement, patterning, development, and personal truth — so change holds and doesn’t collapse under stress.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • People come when life stops cooperating with the version of themselves they’ve been surviving as. This includes burnout, identity collapse, relationship breakdowns, big transitions, emotional overload, numbness, addiction cycles, or a deep sense that something is off and they can’t override it anymore.

  • No. Some people arrive when everything has already fallen apart. Others come when they notice the earliest signs that their old ways of coping no longer work. What matters is readiness — not crisis.

  • Every person is different. Some people get what they need within a few sessions. Others go deeper into long-term rebuilding. We work at the pace your system can handle — no faster, no slower.

  • You can schedule a consultation directly from the site. That call is a chance for us to see if the work is the right fit for where you are and where you want to go.

In this session we will explore what is happening that brought you through the door, we will educate you about the process and how it works and then decide the best way for you to begin your path,

  • Yes. Our work is available online for people across states and time zones. The experience is just as effective virtually as it is in person.

You may also choose to work in person with Dr. Denny in Anchorage AK.

Our Intensive weekends are always an in-person event.

  • Yes. Many people do. My FIP Path can be a companion to therapeutic work, giving your body and system the space to process and transform what your mind uncovers. My FIP Path focuses on development and integration, not diagnosis.

  • It’s grounded in the reality that you are a spiritual being with a physical body and a lived history. It’s not religious, “woo,” or abstract. It’s practical, direct, and anchored in how your system actually functions.

  • Most people don’t. That’s part of the work. If you feel the internal shift — the one that says “something has to change” — you’re in the right place. We’ll take it from there.
