What is the process?
The My FIP Path process is experiential, honest, and deeply human.
You’ll uncover the patterns that kept you in survival, understand where they began, and begin to build new foundations rooted in truth instead of protection.
Through guided individual work and immersive group experiences, you’ll:
Reconnect with your body’s wisdom and learn to read emotion as information, not threat.
Drop the mask of “having it together” and begin showing up as your real self.
Disarm old defenses that no longer serve you and create relationships built on honesty.
Identify the beliefs that quietly drive your behavior and rewrite them.
Integrate new tools for peace, presence, and connection that hold in everyday life.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you have always been.

Build a Personal Foundation

Here you’ll build your foundation by learning how to tell the truth through accessing your emotions.
You'll begin to see that safety isn't about control, it's about honesty.
When you can name what's real, you stop living in chaos and start creating peace.

Learn to Be in Your Integrity
There comes a point where hiding doesn’t protect you anymore. Many of us learned to survive by hiding, by pretending we’re okay, by keeping secrets, by managing others’ reactions.
In this part of the journey, we learn how to trust again — first ourselves, then others.
You’ll practice being seen without shrinking or performing.
Integrity stops being a concept. It becomes a way of breathing.

Live in a State of Peace
When you stop living lies, even small ones, you start to feel what peace actually is.
This is where we support you in anchoring that peace into daily life: in your relationships, choices, and self-trust.
You’ll learn how to be with yourself without needing to disappear or prove your worth.
This is what it means to live whole.

The Mask
The mask is the version of you that looks “fine.”
It’s how you’ve learned to survive — polished, capable, and composed on the outside, even when the inside feels unsettled. Over time, that survival strategy becomes its own kind of prison.
As we work together, you’ll begin to recognize when you’re performing safety instead of feeling it, and learn how to meet what’s real beneath the image.
Core Issues
At the root of most reactions are emotional patterns that repeat.
The familiar themes of abandonment, control, rejection, or unworthiness.
These are not random. They’re the body’s way of pointing to what still needs attention.
As you learn to recognize these patterns, they stop defining your relationships and start revealing where healing is asking to happen.
Guard Dog
Behind every mask is a protector.
The guard dog steps in the moment something feels too close or too real. It reacts — to protect, to defend, to control — often before you even realize it.
This work helps you see when that defense is running your life, and teaches you how to redirect that energy toward trust and truth instead of fear.

“I’m not enough.”
“I have to do it alone.”
“I don’t matter.”
These become the silent rules that shape how you live.

Founder
Dr. Denny, PsyD MPAS, LCSW, PAC is a seasoned facilitator, certified hypnotherapist, and spiritual guide with over 35 years of experience in individual and group work. He has a deep commitment to helping individuals create positive, lasting change in their lives.
Drawing upon a range of experiential modalities such as hypnotherapy, body-centered therapy, breath work, body movement techniques, and traditional individual and group therapy, Dr. Tranel guides participants as they confront their pain and emotions and they make an amazing transformation.
He has over 35 years of personal recovery. He is well-versed in substance abuse education and treatment and incorporates the principles of the 12-step program into his work to assist with foundation building.
Dr. Tranel also utilizes American Indian ceremonies such as Talking Circles, Sweat Lodges, and Journeying to help his clients achieve greater spiritual connection

Michelle brings a wealth of professional education, certifications, and studies, including Psychology, Natural Medicine, Massage Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, experiential therapies, ThetaHealing®, Intuitive Anatomy, Human Design, Gene Keys, and Astrology. Michelle's extensive knowledge allows her to meet clients at various points in their personal journeys, relationships, or business ventures.
Michelle's exceptional capacity to understand and work with the mind-body connection enables her to guide clients towards deeper self-awareness, leading to increased clarity, confidence, and personal empowerment.
