Stage 3 - Embracing Your True Self

In the intensive you created your support group that you will work together with for the next 12 weeks.

Now that you know each other you will:

  • Commit join the Zoom call weekly on camera

  • Use the learned tools to support each other

  • Continue diving into your core issues and beliefs during weekly sessions.

  • Using the same experiential therapies from the intensive, one to two people will get to process each week ( as you will find, when one person processes a piece of work, everyone is included and often processes their piece within another's work.)

  • Have a support group to call during the week to check in.

Across the twelve weeks together on virtual calls, each participant will have an opportunity to share about their progress and experiences using the new foundational tools developed across the program. Calls will be led by one or more facilitators who have been working with group during previous stages.

The shared calls will help you build new tools and strengthen previously learned techniques. As individuals in your group process a given topic, you may relate to the situation and hear new and different ways to approach a specific event or challenge.

You will continue to establish deeper relationships with the participants in your group and increase your support network.

In addition to the weekly group calls, many participants will find it helpful to connect one-on-one with other members of the group. If you find yourself struggling with a situation that another participant shared about in an earlier call, you may want to reach out to get support.

Being part of the twelve week group process allows many people the opportunity to build long lasting friendships and a network of support.

“Being part of the twelve week calls has allowed me to make the tools I’ve learned a natural part of my daily life. I never had a support system in my life before this program and now I have a strong sense of shared experience and friendship.”
